Under the motto \u201cShaping mobility \u2013 for generations to come\u201d, the group is pushing ahead with electric mobility, digital networking and autonomous driving at full speed.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe cooperation between Volkswagen Group IT and the Software Campus offers many opportunities for talents, but also for us as an employer,\u201d says Beate Hofer, CIO of Volkswagen AG. \u201cThe talents develop with us in a very practical way, both personally and professionally. Their new perspectives and their spirit of research take us further on our way to becoming a software-driven mobility company \u2013 a promising combination.\u201d <\/p>\n<p><strong>Research topics from smart production to AI<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Program participants conduct research as part of the Software Campus together with the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.volkswagen-karriere.de\/de\/volkswagen-als-arbeitgeber\/unternehmensbereiche\/unternehmensbereich-it.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">Data Lab Munich and the Smart Production Lab in Wolfsburg<\/a> as part of the Software Innovation Center. In particular, Volkswagen is looking for candidates interested in the following topics:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Data privacy by design for connected cars<\/li>\n<li>Deep learning methods for vehicle aerodynamic properties prediction<\/li>\n<li>Automated Control of Dynamic Production Systems in Industrial Applications<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Detailed information can be found on the <a href=\"https:\/\/bewerbung.softwarecampus.de\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">application platform<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>New training: Volkswagen focuses on diversity<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Volkswagen is bringing a new perspective to the training offered by the Software Campus and is providing the training \u201cDiversity \u2013 successfully leading diverse teams and fostering potential\u201d. The aim is to show participants the potential and challenges of diverse teams in terms of gender, internationality and life phases.
